COURSE DESCRIPTION
"***Tribes are now being confronted by issues relating to their own gaming establishments & enterprises. Those issues must be addressed from an informed position by each and every tribal leader and member. Indian gaming is a complex endeavor from the review of architectual plans and EPA studies to the turn key operation with it’s many problems. ***This program is designed not only to assist tribal leaders, management officials and members in general with the operations of existing facilities, but also expansion and development of new facilities. Further, this seminar program will discuss major legal issues from per capita, development financing, gaming regulations, compact negotiations and state and federal jurisdictional issues.
