"* The original Self-Determination Act of 1970’s was amended dramatically in October of 1988 and then in October of 1994, Congress made additional changes to P.L. 93-638 in promulgating P.L. 103-413. On June 24, 1996 additional amendments were published in the Federal Register. * These new changes must be made available to tribal administrator’s and compliance departments to assure that all requirements are being fulfilled, so as not to jeopardize funding under P.L. 93-638 and P.L. 103-437.
